Job Description:
- Lead Generation:
- Design, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns for both inbound and outbound efforts.
- Conduct initial qualification calls to assess lead quality and assign them appropriately for follow-up.
- Build and maintain a lead database through targeted outreach and research.
- Generate and qualify leads using methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
- Develop and refine lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to plan and optimize lead flow processes.
- Facilitate the seamless handoff of leads from marketing to sales for further engagement.
- Collaborate with content, campaign, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across strategies.
- Campaign Optimization & Analytics:
- Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign success and conversion efficiency.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools for improved tracking and reporting.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and lead generation activities.
