Q. How long will it take for Aware to respond to my job application?
A. We will generally respond to you within 2 working days.
Q. Should I send any other documents with my CV?
A. The CV is fine to begin with; we will ask for further documents as we need them.
Q. I’ve submitted my CV what happens next?
A. The assigned recruiter will review your CV in detail and within two days, advise you whether we will be taking your application forward to the next step with is generally a telephone call.
Q. How many steps are there in your recruitment process?
A. We generally have three steps: 1. the initial telephone screen to understand more about you. 2. The face-to-face interview with the Recruiter which can take 1-2 hours including do the tests and generally is in one of our office locations. 3. You will meet the Technical Hiring Manager for the position. Sometimes there is more than one interviewer because Technical Hiring Manager may need his/her team up to 3 persons to be involved. Step 2 &3 can be in the same day.

A. It depends on the position you’re applying for, but all our questions are intended to help us understand your capabilities and potential to grow. Generally, we look for a strong desire to learn, a passion for your job and technology, willingness to work hard and desire to do a great job.
Q. Do you have many job opportunities in different technology areas?
A. Yes, depending on your preferences and our requirements at the time.
Q. Do you have trainee or entry level positions?
A. Yes both, we are very positive about people joining us after University or with minimal experience and growing with us long term.
Q. What type of positions do you have, full time or contract?
A. We have many types of positions including: Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract Intern, and Freelancer.
Q. Does Aware have positions in different locations in Thailand other than Bangkok?
A. Generally, we have buildings in Chiang Mai and Bangkok only but for contract employee can be worked in many areas.
Q. Does Aware have overseas positions?
A. Only very specific roles, generally all our positions are in Thailand.
Q. What are the working days and hours?
A. Generally most of our employees work the standard 5 days with 8 working hours (Normal working time)
Q. Do you offer flexible working hours?
A. Yes, we focus on the quality of your work and the completion of 8 hours.
Q. Do you offer work from home opportunities?
A. Generally we support team to work in the office or on our customer sites (to work with team or other teams). However, it’s up to team leader of each department or each client’s policy so it can be WFH or Hybrid.
Q. Can I apply for more than one job at a time?

Q. How can I prepare for my interview?
A. Share with us how your previous experience and responsibilities have prepared you for the position you are applying for at Aware. Review the job description and do a bit of research on our company. If you are called for a face-to-face interview, please bring a few examples that show your strengths and any questions you have about the position.
Q. Should I ask questions at the interview?
A. Yes please. Questions demonstrate your level of understanding, your interest, and your passions, so please ask as it is a good way to ensure this is the “right” opportunity for you.
Q. How will you test my knowledge?
A. Please be ready to demonstrate how you meet the requirements of the job description by sharing specific examples from your past, or ideas about how you would accomplish a specific task. For Technical career openings, you may be asked to complete a technical related assessment or write code, share a creative portfolio, or provide examples of your work in other ways.
