The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution and operations of marketing campaigns, events, and internal projects. This role focuses on coordination, budget tracking, and documentation. It is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Primary location is Bangkok (near BTS Ari), but available for Chiang Mai Office as well. (WFH is applied)

Job Description:

Coordinate marketing activities and assist in managing project timelines.
Serve as the point of contact between the marketing team and other departments in any assigned projects and campaigns. (e.g., Finance, Procurement, IT)
Track and manage marketing expenses, budget usage, and invoice documentation.
Prepare internal forms (PR/PO) and ensure approval workflows are completed on time.
Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, campaign materials, and spending reports.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for campaign and event execution.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or relevant fields.
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and experience working with budgets or financial documents.
Excellent attention to detail and process orientation.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
Good communication skills in both Thai and English. (equivalent TOEIC 550)
