Job Description:
- Provide application technical support to customers/users within the company
- Manage ticket query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
- Perform in analysis the software application functionality and suggest improvements
- Ensure effective front end and back end functionality of applications
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
- (L1) Identify and resolve technical issues by analyzing logs, modifying configuration
- (L2) Identify and resolve technical issues by analyzing logs, modifying configuration, query the database, re-import data and so on
- Responsible for creating and maintaining operational documentation, handover notes, and knowledge bases
- Participate in a rotating shift schedule (5 working days per week) providing 7-day support coverage across two shifts (Morning/Evening)
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology or any related field
- At least 1 year as Application Support, IT Support or Technical Support
- Experienced user and confident in computer software and application
- Basic knowledge and practice in SQL query, logs analysis would be advantageous
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident management tools, and service level agreements will be advantageous
- Good awareness of Customer Care
- Able to work well under pressure
- Ability to take initiative and passion for learning and self development
- Good inter-personal skills, with ability to help users
- Fresh grads with a determined interest in commencing or transitioning their career path to Application/IT support will be considered
- Proficient in spoken, written, and reading skills in English, with a strong emphasis on communication is mandatory.
- Able to work in Shift (Current times are 7:30 -15:30 and 15:00-22:30), 5 day a week
