Job Description:
- Analyze and document business requirements for mobile and web applications related to banking products.
- Conduct business analysis, identify client needs, pain points, and user journey for banking projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including banking clients, development teams, and project managers, to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements to support system development and enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to refine the customer journey and improve user experience.
- Support project implementation, track progress, and ensure successful delivery of banking-related solutions.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), use cases, process flows, and reports as required.
- Work onsite 100%, engaging with client teams for requirement discussions and project execution.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related IT major.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking-related projects.
- Experience working on mobile app or web app projects, especially within the financial or banking sector.
- Strong ability to analyze client journeys, identify pain points, and assess banking product needs.
- Knowledge of banking products, digital transformation, and financial technology solutions is an advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with banking clients and project teams.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process improvement.
- Ability to work onsite 100% next to BTS Ari and collaborate effectively in a structured environment.
