The Demand Generation Specialist will play an important role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to generate, qualify, and nurture both inbound and outbound leads. This role encompasses managing the entire lead lifecycle from sourcing to qualification, and collaborating closely with sales, content, and campaign teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and campaign success.

Job Description:


  • Lead Generation:
    • Design, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns for both inbound and outbound efforts.
    • Conduct initial qualification calls to assess lead quality and assign them appropriately for follow-up.
    • Build and maintain a lead database through targeted outreach and research.
    • Generate and qualify leads using methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
    • Develop and refine lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to plan and optimize lead flow processes.
    • Facilitate the seamless handoff of leads from marketing to sales for further engagement.
    • Collaborate with content, campaign, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across strategies.
  • Campaign Optimization & Analytics:
    • Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign success and conversion efficiency.
    • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools for improved tracking and reporting.
    • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and lead generation activities.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B demand generation, preferably in the tech or IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification processes, sales cycles, and funnel management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in lead scoring, nurturing, and database management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, campaign, and product teams.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills in both Thai and English.
