Job Description:


  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Develop talent pipelines and enhance the company’s employer branding to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees to promote retention.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.
  • Coach managers and supervisors on providing effective feedback and managing performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee the compensation structure, including salary benchmarking and benefit programs.
  • Manage the annual merit review process and bonus programs to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Handle workplace investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Assess training and development needs across the organization and implement programs to address them.
  • Lead succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
  • Manage office administration and facilities.
  • Initiate and drive execution of projects and digitization to enhance employee experience, operational excellence and alignment with business growth agenda.
  • Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Public Administration or any related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven HR decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • High responsibility and prioritize work with strong sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and initiative thinking.
  • Can do attitude, hardworking, and adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
