Job Description:


  • Implement and configure HRIS, payroll, or ERP systems based on client requirements.
  • Provide training and support to users during and after system implementation.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using HRIS or ERP solutions.
  • Assist in payroll processing, compensation management, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system deployment.
  • Document system configurations, user manuals, and implementation reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders for successful implementation.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Account Information Systems, Statistics, or related IT fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in system implementation, HRIS, ERP, or payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System), payroll processing, compensation management, and benefits administration.
  • Experience in implementing ERP or HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and align them with technology solutions.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
  • Thai native speaker with fair spoken and written English.
