Job Description:
- Implement and configure HRIS, payroll, or ERP systems based on client requirements.
- Provide training and support to users during and after system implementation.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using HRIS or ERP solutions.
- Assist in payroll processing, compensation management, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system deployment.
- Document system configurations, user manuals, and implementation reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders for successful implementation.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Account Information Systems, Statistics, or related IT fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in system implementation, HRIS, ERP, or payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System), payroll processing, compensation management, and benefits administration.
- Experience in implementing ERP or HR software is a plus.
- Ability to analyze business processes and align them with technology solutions.
- Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
- Thai native speaker with fair spoken and written English.
