Job Description:

  • Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to deliver business value.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business units, and development teams to align product goals with customer needs.
  • Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring clarity, consistency, and feasibility of features.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features based on user insights and data.
  • Communicate the product vision and roadmap clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive product discovery, prototyping, and validation to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior Product Owners or team members as needed.

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and backlog management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and QA.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product data and user feedback.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Thai with good command of English communication.
  • Hybrid work model with 2 days/week WFH.
