Job Description:

  • Defines complex application problems by collaborating with clients, understanding business requirements, and analyzing existing procedures and processes.
  • Designs effective system solutions by evaluating alternative workflows, technical approaches, and integration strategies.
  • Leads the creation of technical specifications and coordinates solution development with developers and stakeholders.
  • Oversees the full system development lifecycle including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment, testing, and training.
  • Reviews and refines system architecture and database design to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Monitors system performance including stored procedures, SQL execution times, and proactively implements enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensures that developed systems meet business and technical requirements and align with organizational standards.
  • Validates results by leading testing activities, reviewing test cases, and confirming system output meets specifications.
  • Mentors junior analysts and provides technical guidance across teams to elevate the overall quality of system analysis and design.

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a System Analyst or related role, preferably in medium to large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong command of PL/SQL and SQL, with hands-on experience in database programming and performance tuning.
  • Proficient in system and data flow design, including preparing technical specifications, ER diagrams, and workflow documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end system analysis and solution design efforts.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Thai with good command of English communication.
