Job Description:


  • Identifying Application both hardware and software solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies
  • Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant fields
  • At least 1 year in Application/Operation support with skill of ZenDesk Ticketing Management or else
  • Able to work for flexible 8 working hours & rotation on weekend for call support
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in Programming skill (JavaScript or Frontend (Web/App) will be advantaged
