Job Description:
- Engage with Enterprise customers together with sales team
- Present Business Solutions (IT & Digital solution) and provide in-depth knowledge for the customers
- Gather technical requirements and design total solutions that help customers to maximize their efficiency with effective cost
- Liaise with network engineer and product team to validate the solution
- Work with Request for Proposal (RFP) and Terms of Reference (TOR)
- Provide costing solution to the pricing team
- Create Project Document for Project Manager
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related fields
- 3-5 years experience in IT or Digital Solution or Enterprise Mobility
- Knowledge or experience in Technical support or Network/System Administrator
- Problem solving skill
- Learning Agility & Self Development
